Peugeot’s Andean Pink Salt is hand-harvested in Bolivia from a deposit in the Andes mountain range that is several million years old. The pink colour comes from high iron content. It is also rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. With an intense saline flavour that is never overpowering, it pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, roasts, oily fish and sauce-based dishes.
